Ahead of the Curve

Substation cutaway
Sonobex, a Loughborough University spin out and specialist in noise reduction technology, challenged design agency Cube3 to come up with a new substation design that would enable efficient attenuation of low frequency noise output.

Blue-i UK, a start-up, recognised a gap in the market for robust, portable high intensity LED lighting products. Most existing compact fluorescent and halogen products had been notoriously fragile and not fit for their purposes.

FDM Digital Solutions, a UK leader in additive manufacturing, sought out Paragon RT’s help in developing suitable tools for a replica aircraft seal application.

A Breath of Fresh Air
Functional prototypes undergo rigorous testing processes. They will always need to be robust enough for field trials. This product, destined for use by the military in the field, needed to be robust, comfortable, and, lifesaving.
