We know that if you are to win that race to market, you also need to be able to create high-strength production parts in a tight time frame. Or, you’ll need to flex your supply chain with end-use parts on demand. Rapid Technologies for Automotive

Quick turnaround on prototypes and low volume production parts

Suitable for prototyping and low volume runs of very large parts, our rapid technologies include 3D Printing, vacuum casting for small to medium under bonnet and trim parts and lenses, and reaction injection moulding used for bumpers, wheel arch liners, decorative trim, spoilers and interior panels. Using a range of polyamide, polypropylene, thermoplastic, silicone and polyurethane formulations, many parts can be manufactured to meet UL94 – V0 flammability ratings.
