Meeting quality requirements for HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D print production

Paragon AM Technologies, the additive manufacturing division of Paragon Rapid Technologies, is delighted to be awarded Production Professional status within HP’s prestigious Digital Manufacturing Network.

Paragon is one of just three UK-based companies offering both HP MJF 5200 and HP MJF 4200 platforms to achieve this status. HP says that DMN suppliers awarded with the HP Multi Jet Fusion Production Professional certification have been certified by HP to deliver best in class MJF part qualityand end-to-end 3D printing service capabilities.

The HP Digital Manufacturing Network (DMN) is a prestigious programme that requires applicants to prove both process and HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) expertise in order to qualify. With a focus on an ability to produce exceptional quality parts for end-use applications, selected companies must demonstrate consistent production excellence in quality, cost, delivery and customer service.

The MJF additive manufacturing production team of (from left to right in the picture above) Paul Fowler, Ryan Wake, Charlie Adamson and Debbie Gibson were presented with a Certificate of Achievement. The team are continuously improving additive manufacturing process to ensure lead times and costs are reduced without impacting quality.
