SLS offers high levels of design freedom and high levels of accuracy, producing parts with good, consistent isotropic mechanical properties and excellent layer bonding. Printing is fully self-supporting, enabling complex geometries.

Lead time: 4 days Build Platform (mm): 330 x 380 x 457 Accuracy: to ± 0.3% Layer thickness: 0.15 mm Wall thickness: 1 mm (to 0.5 mm for hinges) Surface structure: SLS parts have obvious layering and a grainy texture. Powder residue usually evident. Can be blasted and polished or vibrofinished.

A white, chemical resistant, tough and durable resin, heat resistant to 134C.
50% glass sphere filled material for improved dimensional stability, increased stiffness, and higher temperature applications.
On special request only. Mineral-fibre filled, flexible nylon, easy to process, strong and lighter weight with heat resistance to 184C.
