We produce bespoke gauges, jigs, and fixtures, tailored precisely to each customer’s requirements. Working with materials such as aluminium and high-density model board, our expert machinists manufacture every element to exact specifications. Each gauge is then pre-assembled before undergoing thorough inspection.

Manufacturing
All gauges are checked to a tolerance of 0.05 mm across key elements of the checking form. This inspection is carried out by our qualified inspectors using advanced FAROArm technology. Once approved internally, each gauge is fitted with its reference plaques to establish datum points. We also supply full 100% inspection reports for complete traceability.

Inspection & Verification
From quotation stage, our design engineers collaborate closely with customers to define the gauge’s purpose based on final part data. Working to stringent quality standards and tolerances, the design is developed, finalised, and approved by the customer before manufacturing begins.
