Suitable for prototyping and low-volume production of very large parts, our rapid technologies include Vacuum Casting for small to medium under-bonnet components, trim parts, and lenses, as well as Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM) for bumpers, wheel arch liners, decorative trim, spoilers, and interior panels.

Using a variety of polyamide, polypropylene, thermoplastic, silicone, and polyurethane formulations, many parts can be produced to meet UL94 – V0 flammability ratings.
