Peakyshielder Assembly Instructions
The Peakyshielder comes ready to assemble. Each unit comprises two clips and a pre-cut clear PET sheet.
1. For a baseball cap or sports visor:
Select the appropriate holes in the top of the sheet to ensure the brim of the peak fits tight against it when the clips are in place
Push the billet of the clips through the holes in the visor sheet, slotting the edge of the sheet into the groove. The clips are right and left handed, so you need to ensure the clip beaks are facing inwards, with logos uppermost, and the sheet slots face outwards when you shape the visor around your cap peak
Position your clips either side of your cap peak. Slide the gripper groove on the clip beaks onto the peak and pull backwards until the visor sheet sits tight against the peak brim. You should not have gaps
For a bump cap:
Select the appropriate holes in the top of the sheet to ensure the brim of the peak fits tight against the sheet when the clips are in place
Push the billet of the clips through the holes in the visor sheet, slotting the edge of the sheet into the groove. The clips are left and right handed. You need the logo to appear on the outside when you shape the visor around your cap peak
Position your clips either side of your bump cap. Slide the gripper groove on the clips on to the cap side panel (not the peak) and pull backwards until the visor sheet sits tight against the bump cap peak brim. You should not have gaps

Peakyshielder Cleaning Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser
Remove your cap and remove the clips and shield from the brim. Try not to touch the visor to avoid possible contamination from spray droplets
Wash the clips with soapy water or disinfectant solution. Wipe down the visor sheet with warm soapy water and dry with a towel. Do not use harsh chemicals on the visor sheet if you intend to reuse the sheet
Dispose of your Peakyshielder responsibly. Your clips can be recycled
